This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Banjara Hills. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and following up on inquiries. They will also provide customer support, address customer concerns, and offer detailed information about our services. The role requires maintaining a good relationship with customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
• Sales skills and the ability to close deals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
