We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

The TeleSales Executive is responsible for contacting users who have registered through the

website or mobile app, explaining available membership options, and converting free users into paid subscribers. The role involves understanding customer preferences, handling sensitive profiles, maintaining call activity standards, and ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to registered users to promote and sell available subscription

packages.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on their background

and preferences.

Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and conversion updates in the CRM.

Build trust and rapport with users from different personal backgrounds.

Achieve individual sales targets and maintain the required call-to-conversion ratio.

Provide accurate information about features, pricing, and offers.

Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in telesales or similar field

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
