Job Description: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our

team in a stockbroking firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for

generating leads, pitching products and services, and building relationships with

existing and potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify potential clients through

outbound calls.

2. Product Pitching: Pitch products and services to clients, highlighting their

benefits and features.

3. Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by building relationships and

providing excellent customer service.

4. Data Management: Update client information and lead status in the CRM system.

5. Sales Targets: Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

6. Client Servicing: Respond to client queries, resolve issues, and provide timely

updates.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, telemarketing,

or a related field with multilingual ability.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business

opportunities.

4. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of stock market products and services.

5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
