DUSALA TELESALES & CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

(Hardcore Calling + Sales Conversion)

Full-Time | Raipur / Remote (experienced candidates only)**

Dusala is a luxury Indian fashion house known for premium shawls, jackets, stoles, and jewellery. This role demands speed, discipline, sales ownership, and daily results.

STRICT, HARDCORE JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Hardcore Outbound Calling (Primary Role)

Make 150200 calls per day minimum.

Call abandoned checkout customers, old website data, Shiprocket records, social media enquiries, and past buyers.

Immediate follow-up until a clear YES/NO is received.

Conversions expected daily this is not a soft-calling job.

2. Customer Care + Sales Handling

Attend all inbound calls professionally and convert enquiries into orders.

Provide product details, videos, pricing, availability, delivery timelines instantly.

Build relationships with premium customers and maintain a high repeat rate.

Handle returns/exchanges with speed and maturity.

3. Abandoned Checkout Conversion (Priority)

Contact every abandoned checkout within 30 minutes.

Persuade with urgency, product knowledge, and confidence.

Minimum 812 converted orders per week from abandoned carts alone.

4. CRM, Sheets & Follow-Up Discipline

Update CRM, lead sheets, and WhatsApp notes daily no missed entries.

Every lead must be tracked until closed or marked dead.

High discipline: zero missed follow-ups, zero pending chats.

5. Old Client Database Re-Activation

Call through entire old customer base (website + Shiprocket).

Push new launches, festive offers, and personalised recommendations.

Target: 1015 repeat orders/month from old clients.

6. Coordination (Fast Turnaround)

Coordinate internally for product status, images, videos, dispatch.

Ensure customer receives required information within minutes.

Maintain clear communication and take ownership of every lead.

PERFORMANCE TARGETS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

150+ calls daily

4060 quality leads weekly

812 order conversions weekly

35 lakh sales/month minimum

100% follow-up discipline

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong Hindi + English communication

High-energy sales attitude

Ability to sell premium products

Fast learner, quick responder

Comfortable with long calling hours

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, online orders, and Shiprocket (preferred)
