Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through follow-ups and nurturing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios.
  • Candidate having fluency in Bengali along with English & Hindi
