Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales & WhatsApp Sales Executive based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, providing detailed information about products, and persuading potential customers to make purchases. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up with leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers effectively
• Sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals
• Proficiency in using customer management as well as WhatsApp for business communications
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills, ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory
• 2 yrs of Experience
