This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, proactive engagement with potential customers, managing customer queries, and facilitating sales. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and consistently achieving sales targets through effective communication and support. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of the company's client base.

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales with the ability to drive conversions and meet targets
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
• Ability to work in an on-site environment with proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively
