Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketing Specialist, based in Trivandrum. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients via phone or email to promote the company's digital marketing services, and understanding their needs to tailor solutions. The specialist will engage in customer service and support activities, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries effectively. Basic administrative tasks and maintaining accurate call records are also part of the responsibilities. Some remote work flexibility is available for this position.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Customer Support to address client inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid work model
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
