Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telemarketing Sales Representative, based on-site in Chennai. The role involves generating leads through phone outreach, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the company's electronic security solutions. The individual will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring successful customer interactions to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to identify and meet client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette to establish professional and engaging client communication
• Sales skills for promoting and selling electronic security products and achieving revenue targets
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a related sales/customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in local languages and English to communicate with a diverse client base
