Role Description

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and multi-tasking Telemarketing & Sales Coordinator to support our business development and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, sales coordination, and assisting the sales and marketing team with day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms
  2. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to schedule meetings, demos, or site visits.
  3. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel), ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and leads.
  4. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations as needed.
  5. Support in organizing webinars, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and internal documentation.
  6. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely information or redirect to relevant departments.
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on telecalling and lead generation activities.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales tasks.
  9. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services in electrical, automation, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

  • Sales Coordination, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Experience in managing sales processes and customer interactions
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
