Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire corporate clients and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Generate leads through telemarketing, inside sales, and outbound calling activities.
  • Contact potential clients for loan products related to the banking industry.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups for effective sales tracking.
  • Build rapport with prospects and provide basic product information as required.
  • Freshers who are confident in communication and eager to build a career in sales may also apply.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Female candidates preferred.
