Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for Enthusiastic and energetic Tele Callers/ Admission Tele Counsellors to join our team on immediate basis. Candidate should have fluency in English, Malayalam and basic computer knowledge. This is an opportunity to work as a team with opportunities to learn, grow and enhance your skill set.

• To counsel the students / parents about different courses offered by the college
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
• Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right courses offered by the college
• Explaining eligibility criteria, course structure, course details, admission procedures
• Should maintain good telephone Etiquette
• Should learn to question effectively and listen patiently
• Follow-up daily calls to maintain good student relationships
• Maintain and update the student database
