Qualification

• 3 to 5+ years of phone-based sales experience, with some B2B software selling
• Very fluent in (Tamil or Hindi) and English clear and confident on phone
• Comfortable making 80+ calls a day and handling rejection without losing energy
• Comfortable giving short product demos over video and helping close the sale
• Target-driven and reliable, with own laptop and internet
• Strong listener & quick thinker

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of calls (80 or more per day) from prepared lists
• Pitch our flagship product in the telephonic call to leads from the curated list
• Follow up across phone, WhatsApp, and email until each lead converts or is clearly not interested
• Give short product demonstrations over video calls(Google Meet), explain the features, and answer questions
• Help close the sale: send quotes and proposals, handle objections, raise invoices, and ensure clean handover of each customer
• Keep the customer system (CRM) up to date and consistently hit monthly targets
