Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive registrations for global B2B events and summits
  • Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers
  • Generate qualified leads and confirm meetings
  • Handle speaker nominations and panel confirmations
  • Maintain CRM records and campaign tracking
  • Support email campaigns and database management
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily call targets
  • Event registrations and conversions
  • Leads generated
  • Meetings confirmed
  • CRM accuracy

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach
  • Knowledge of IT/Cybersecurity/B2B events is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
  • Experience in international campaigns
  • Experience in event/conference industry
