Responsibilities

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing clients (data will be provided daily).
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their property requirements.
  • Share relevant property information and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with client interactions.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups until closure or handover to sales.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a call center or international voice process preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.

Training & Support:

  • 3 days of structured onboarding and product training will be provided.
  • Regular guidance from the team lead to ensure consistent performance.
