Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Telemarketing Executives specializing in B2B lead generation for consulting services. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients via phone calls, understanding their requirements, and presenting Smartedge's consultancy services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions and contributing to achieving sales targets through proactive communication and follow-ups with clients.

We are a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in ISO Certifications, ESG, Sustainability, Safety, Energy Efficiency, and Compliance Services. We work with clients across Pharma, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Food, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors.

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to support our business growth by generating qualified leads, setting up client meetings, and promoting our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients (B2B segment)
  • Generate and qualify leads for consulting services (ISO, ESG, Safety, etc.)
  • Fix appointments for senior consultants / sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with call outcomes
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Understand client requirements and map relevant consulting services
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales/telemarketing
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / CRM tools is an advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
