Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telemarketer, based in New Delhi. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services, managing appointment scheduling, and generating leads. This role involves understanding customer requirements, providing information, resolving queries, and building positive relationships to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with customers and handle inquiries
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing customer interactions efficiently
  • Confidence, persuasion skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Fluency in English and local languages as required
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred
