Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Intern based in New Delhi. The Education Intern will be responsible for supporting teaching and training activities, assisting clients in understanding educational processes, and communicating effectively to ensure a seamless experience. Other key responsibilities include customer service support and coordinating with team members to provide guidance and updates to clients about their visa applications and processes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Education, Teaching, and Training to support and guide clients effectively
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and team members professionally
- Customer Service skills to address client needs, provide assistance, and ensure satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with immigration or visa-related processes is a plus
- Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
