Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, and generating leads. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing product or service information, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Meeting daily or weekly call and sales targets is also part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and maintaining organized schedules
  • Experience in customer service and resolving client inquiries with professionalism
  • Sales skills, including identifying needs, pitching solutions, and closing deals
  • Proficiency with CRM software and telecommunication tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and on-site environment
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage
  • High school diploma or higher education in a relevant field
