Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to support our Holidays Department by contacting potential customers, explaining holiday packages, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call leads and explain domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
  • Maintain customer data and update details in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team for booking confirmations.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of travel destinations is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Plus Two with experience.

Experience: 0–2 years (Tele calling / Travel sales preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Ernakulam, Kerala.

Work Mode: This is a full-time, on-site role. Work-from-home or remote work options are not available for this position.
