Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Chennai. The Telemarketer will contact potential clients to introduce Labourhome's services and schedule appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer records, and assisting with client queries to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with clients and convey information
- Proficiency in Customer Service to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- An outgoing personality, ability to work in a team environment, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a bonus
