Life Care Hospital is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage all incoming leads and marketing coordination across platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

Promptly attend and respond to all telephonic enquiries

Manage and convert leads from Instagram, LinkedIn, and all social media platforms

Ensure no lead or call goes unattended

Oversee the marketing team and monitor their performance

Coordinate and send regular promotions, updates, and posts via WhatsApp

Maintain lead tracking, follow-ups, and daily reporting

Act as the link between marketing efforts and patient engagement

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Experience in tele-calling, marketing oversight, or healthcare services preferred

Organised, responsive, and process-driven

Comfortable handling social media leads and digital communication tools
