As a Telecom Solutions Designer, you'll be able to seek out the best ways to improve business processes and effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions.
- Experience with E2E Solution Design / Component or System Design / Solution Architecture, in Telecom OSS / BSS domain is required.
- Good to have working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs.
- Good understanding of CRM, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, Workforce Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B business.
- Should have B2C and B2B products understanding, such as Broadband, IP TV, Voice, Mobility, Connectivity Products, Digital Workplace solutions, Next Gen Access etc.
- Strong knowledge of E2E process and customer journeys.
- Should have experience with green field / brown field OSS or BSS transformation programs.
- Ability to compare OSS/BSS COTS products and the ability to recommend a particular product or capability based on the strategic IT goals.
- Good understanding of Telecom frameworks like eTOM, TAM, SID, ODA, OpenAPIs.
- Should have hands-on experience creating High Level / Low Level Designs (HLDs / LLDs).
- Experience with requirements sizing, effort estimations, impact assessments and working with cross functional teams.
- Providing design support to components, architects and testing teams during implementation of projects.
- Good experience in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.
- Experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) development methodologies.
- We are looking for someone who has excellent understanding of Telecom Domain, and experience of Solution Design / Solution Architecture for IT Products and Services development.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent.
