Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead design activities for Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Quote and Contract Management, CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, Billing, Order Management, and Case Management.
- Design BSS solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards.
- Utilize Visio or other modeling software to create detailed design documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design concepts.
- Ensure compliance with TM Forum standards and best practices.
- Develop UML designs, BPM process designs, ER diagrams, and other necessary artifacts to present design and architecture cohesively.
Skills Required:
- Deep knowledge of OSS/BSS and telecom business processes
- Experience in billing systems, CRM, CPQ, order and contract management
- Ability to design end-to-end BSS solutions and produce UML, BPM, and ER diagrams
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards and best practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience with modeling tools like Visio or equivalent
- Understanding of eCommerce development workflows (preferred)
Education: Relevant degree in a related field
