telecalling / Telesales Executive
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide project information.
- Generate leads by identifying potential customers and understanding their requirements.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
- Present product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and drive conversions.
- Achieve assigned call, lead, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, calls, and customer responses in CRM.
Guest Relation Executive
- Welcome and greet walk-in clients, visitors, and potential buyers.
- Ensure professional and positive client experiences during site visits.
- Provide information on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, amenities, and pricing.
- Coordinate appointments and site visits with sales managers.
- Maintain communication between clients and internal departments (Sales, CRM, Admin).
- Assist in guided tours, presentations, and client engagement activities.
- Maintain visitor logs, feedback forms, and other documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on guest visits and client feedback.
- Ensure reception areas, sample flats, and site offices are organized and presentable.
