Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our growing team. If you enjoy meaningful conversations, have a knack for explaining tech solutions simply, and love supporting growing businessesthis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to event organizers, venue partners, and inbound leads.
Explain Ticmint's features and benefits effectively over calls.
Convert leads to demos or signups through consistent follow-ups.
Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in tracking tools/CRM.
Collaborate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
Achieve weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
Strong communication skills in English.
Comfortable working remotely with your own internet setup.
Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
