Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and helping to drive sales through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about the company and its offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls made and received in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and provide them with additional information as needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Assist in developing effective telecalling scripts and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
