Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling position located at our Jodhpur facility. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, maintaining client relations, and addressing inquiries to promote the company's products and services. The role involves supporting sales initiatives, handling client communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Telecaller will also provide information regarding the company's products and facilitate orders and follow-ups to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in managing client interactions, maintaining records, and addressing queries effectively.
- Telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous, as well as familiarity with sales and client engagement strategies.
- Basic computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable working on-site in Jodhpur and handling a high volume of calls.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or telecommunication roles is a plus.
