Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about our products and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers to improve our offerings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
