We are looking for a confident and customer-focused telecaller who can clearly explain our product to customers over calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Kannada, with a working knowledge of Hindi.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers to explain the product/services clearly
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
