Telecalling Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive based in Chennai. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, providing information about VeCura's services, addressing inquiries, and scheduling client consultations. The role includes maintaining active communication with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and keeping accurate records of all interactions.

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in effectively handling client inquiries and concerns
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Proven ability to achieve targets and maintain high client satisfaction
• Customer-centric approach with a positive and persuasive attitude
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Fluency in English and regional languages spoken in South India is advantageous
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
