Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located at our South Mumbai office. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about the organization's offerings, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent client engagement. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating customer records, meeting call targets, and identifying new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry tools
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to address customer queries effectively
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player mindset
- Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or a related industry is a plus
