Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telecalling Executive. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients (emerging professionals & aspirants), addressing inquiries about our services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing feedback and insights to improve processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing and recording customer information accurately
- Problem-solving skills to address client questions and concerns effectively
- Basic technical proficiency for navigating CRM systems and related tools
- Customer service experience, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in an ethical work environment
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or sales roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
