Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller for a short-term calling project.

Your job is to call training institutes in Coimbatore (contact list will be provided) and briefly introduce our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to institutes using the provided contact list
• Introduce MySkillMaps in a clear and professional manner
• Fix appointments or collect WhatsApp contact for follow-up
• Maintain data of calls made and responses received
• Follow the script provided
• Be polite, confident, and professional on call

Requirements:

• Telecalling experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Tamil (must)
• Basic English understanding
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM or data entry).
• Confident and clear voice
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
