We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and support sales or customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound and/or inbound calls to customers and prospects
- Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
- Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads
- Handle customer queries and objections politely
- Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
- Adhere to company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, call systems)
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with targets
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Preferred Skills- Prior telecalling or sales experience
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Multilingual abilities (optional, depending on role)
