Primary title: Telecalling Executive
Industry & Sector: Healthcare Outpatient Clinic & Patient Services (Telehealth & Frontdesk Patient Acquisition). This role focuses on converting leads, scheduling patient appointments, and supporting clinic operations via high-volume telephonic outreach across India. On-site role based in India.
About The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced clinical setting where patient experience and timely access to care are priorities. You will be the clinic's first point of contact for many patients managing inbound enquiries, conducting outbound follow-ups, and ensuring accurate appointment bookings to drive patient flow and revenue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to convert leads into booked appointments and follow up on inbound enquiries to close appointments.
- Qualify leads, capture patient details, and update records accurately in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling, coordinate with clinical teams, and confirm reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Follow approved call scripts, handle objections, and escalate clinical or operational queries to relevant teams.
- Log call outcomes, maintain call notes, and generate daily/weekly reports on conversions and pipeline status.
- Contribute to improvements in call scripts, patient outreach workflows, and frontdesk handovers to enhance conversion and retention.

- Clear verbal communication in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
