Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing them with information about services, and answering their inquiries. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring follow-ups are handled effectively to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Call potential leads to introduce our services and understand their home interior requirements.
• Lead Qualification: Filter leads based on their property type, budget, and possession date.
• Booking Appointments: Convince clients to visit our office for a design consultation with our experts.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a daily follow-up sheet for interested clients to ensure no lead is missed.
• Data Entry: Keep a simple daily record of calls made and appointments fixed in MS Excel.

Requirement

• Languages: Fluent in Telugu and English (Hindi is an advantage).
• Communication: A clear and professional voice with a polite manner.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and a willingness to learn about the interior design industry.
• Attitude: Disciplined, punctual, and target oriented.
