We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database and call records.
- Schedule appointments or meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages.
- Explain company products/services clearly to potential clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and follow-ups.
Required Skills- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
- 02 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
