We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with product information, and generating sales leads. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Follow up with potential leads and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
