Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers from company-provided leads through calls and follow-ups
Explain project details including location advantages, pricing, offers, and amenities
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information
Convince and schedule site visits for interested prospects
Coordinate with the sales team for site visit planning and customer handling
Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system
Achieve monthly targets related to site visit conversions and qualified leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers through regular follow-ups
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to build interest and trust over phone conversations
Good follow-up and relationship management ability
Target-driven mindset with sales orientation
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Real Estate Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Presales
Experience in converting leads into site visits or meetings
Candidates from real estate developers, property consultants, or channel partners preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate sales can also apply
