We are hiring Telecalling, BPO, and Telesales Executives for multiple open roles with our partner companies.

Role: Telecalling / BPO / Telesales Executive

Location: PAN India (Remote / On-site / Hybrid)

Experience: 0–5 Years

Salary: As per industry standards (fixed + incentives based on role & company)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads

Explain products/services and generate sales or support resolutions

Follow up with prospects and maintain call records

Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions

Resolve customer queries and escalate when required

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages)

Confident and persuasive speaking ability

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

Ability to work with targets and in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or telesales is a plus
