Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in the Mohali district. The Telecaller will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide detailed information about the company's legal and visa services, and address customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with prospective clients, and ensuring excellent customer service to build strong client relationships. Collaboration with internal teams to support operational goals will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in telecalling, customer query resolution, and client relationship management
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up systematically
• Problem-solving and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and maintaining client data
• Fluency in English and other regional languages will be an advantage
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is preferable
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus)
