Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for showroom visits
  • Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes, and new collections
  • Maintain customer database and update call records
  • Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with sales team for customer visits and conversions
  • Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking
