Role Overview
Nestaway Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic and confident interns to join our Dubai Calling team. This role combines telecalling, lead conversion, and social media content creation, offering hands-on exposure to Dubai's booming real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dropped and churned leads related to Dubai real estate
- Re-engage prospects and convert them into interested leads
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Follow up with leads and maintain basic CRM updates
- Create engaging social media content (reels, posts, captions, stories) for real estate marketing
- Assist the marketing team with content ideas and lead-generation strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- Good to excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Confident on calls with a persuasive approach
- Interest in Dubai real estate sales & marketing
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content
- Freshers / students / recent graduates are welcome
