Telecalling Agent

Dear Candidates,

We are seeking Telecalling Agents for one of our leading Insurance client in India, with expertise in English and Malayalam.

Title: Telecalling Agent (Malayalam + English)

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Shift Timings: 10am to 6.30pm

Experience: 0.6 years to 2 years

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (spoken).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.

High energy, enthusiasm, and confidence while speaking with customers.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
