About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, generate leads, explain services/products, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product/project details.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up details, and customer records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- 02 years of experience in Tele calling / Customer Support / Inside Sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu (mandatory).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and strong customer handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
