This is a full-time, on-site role for Telecallers at JIMS, Vasant Kunj, located in New Delhi. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective students, providing them with detailed information about the institute's courses, and addressing their queries. You will also collect feedback from potential students, maintain accurate records, and support enrollment processes by following up with leads. Collaboration with the admissions team to meet targets will be a key aspect of this role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students.
• Strong organizational and data management skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Customer service and relationship-building expertise, with an ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
