This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Dwarka. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and clients, addressing inquiries, and promoting products and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving complaints or concerns efficiently. The role requires effective communication to build strong relationships with clients and achieve desired sales or engagement outcomes.

• Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency to update and maintain customer records.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks.
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer support role is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred; additional language skills are an asset.
