Job Role Telecaller (HR Training & Admissions)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at Next Innovation Asia. The role involves handling student enquiries and converting leads into admissions for our HR training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for course enquiries

Explain HR courses, offers, and benefits to students

Follow up with interested leads and convert into admissions

Maintain lead data and update daily call reports

Build good rapport with students and guide them on career opportunities

Achieve daily/weekly admission targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude & convincing ability

Freshers with interest in sales/telecalling can apply
