This is a full-time on-site role for Telecallers at BizAstra Pvt. Ltd., located in Nashik. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, explaining BizAstra's financial services, and engaging with clients to understand their needs. The position involves scheduling appointments, following up with potential leads, and maintaining customer relationships to support startups and businesses in leveraging BizAstra's services.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer engagement and maintaining client relations
• Basic knowledge of financial services and startup advisory processes
• Persuasion and negotiation skills for effective telecalling
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate call records
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach
• Experience in a telecalling or communication-based role is an advantage
• Proficiency in local language(s) is preferred, along with fluency in English
